Particle trap filter (DPF) is the core technology of FTG purification device, with its own intellectual property rights, DPF is made of silicon carbide ceramic extrusion forming, and formed to porous ceramic wall after the special craft processing, the structure has high efficiency of capturing particles in the exhaust of diesel Genset. The one end of DPF open while the other end is sealed. The gas channel is micropore on the hole wall. The exhaust of the diesel Genset enter into the filter element, and then flow out by the wall flow surface of the entrance channel. The particles were intercepted in the hole, the filtered gas is discharged. |
