On July 15, the 2019 mid-year sales work meeting of Volbenda with the theme of "In-depth Analysis, Development, and Future" was successfully held at Fuyong Hanyong Hotel. Mr. Jiang Xiaowei, Chairman of Volbenda, Mr. Pan Hengming, General Manager, Mr. Gao Minsheng, Executive Vice President, Mr. Li Jinwu, Deputy General Manager, Mr. Deng Yong, Deputy General Manager, as well as the senior management team of Volbenda and all sales elites of various sales departments gathered together to report on the work in the first half of 2019 and plan and deploy the work in the second half of the year.



In the first half of 2019, all departments closely followed the business objectives set by the company at the beginning of the year, actively implemented the work ideas of grasping customers, resources, information, projects and cooperation, and innovative measures laid a good foundation for the company to achieve its annual business indicators. At the meeting, Mr. Pan Hengming, the general manager of the company, analyzed the sales targets of various regions according to the spirit of the meeting, summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the company's semi-annual sales work, evaluated the process of the company's sales work, and planned and deployed the work priorities for the second half of the year.


After six months of development, the company has many outstanding talents. At the meeting, the heads of sales and management in each region reported on the work of their department, starting from the problems, following up on sales targets, based on results, examining their own strengths and weaknesses, sharing their own experiences worth learning from, and exchanging ideas on team building, business development, customer maintenance, channel construction, etc. They also planned and decomposed their own work in the second half of the year and put forward many constructive and practical suggestions for the company's development.

Deputy General Manager Mr. Li Jinwu analyzed the company's main business, leasing business, financing and investment business and future prospects in the first half of the year from a professional perspective, and shared typical cases in the process of business development based on his own practical experience. At the conference, General Manager Li proposed a question-and-answer theme interaction of "finding the eight major defects in oneself", leading all personnel to find the pain points and solutions from the industry and their own level, which was quite educational and impressive, and inspired all colleagues to work hard with clearer goals and strive for good results.



At the end of the meeting, Chairman Jiang Xiaowei summarized the mid-year sales meeting. Jiang first affirmed the various suggestions put forward during the meeting. He pointed out that everything is for the purpose of serving the goal, breaking the traditional concept, keeping pace with the times, and exchanging what we have is to go with the trend of future development.
